Our
People
Our qualifications exceed national standards. Our freight
team has training with CIFFA and IATA and several of our forwarders
have achieved the Professional Freight Forwarder (PFF) designation,
the highest standard in our business. Import/export agents
handling your consignments hold the Certified Customs Specialist
(CCS) designation from the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers.
PF Collins also has three fully licensed customs brokers on
staff. Two of our Import Raters are qualified with the CCS
(USA) designation in addition to their Canadian certification.
Senior Managers have, on average, 25 years experience in customs
and freight logistics. Industry leaders regularly call on
our consultants to provide specialist expertise in all aspects
of transportation and customs management for their Canadian
operations. Additionally, our Immigration Consultants are
certified with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory
Council, a federally mandated institution that provides guidelines
