Foreign Workers Enter Canada
We research the Canadian Citizenship and Immigration Act to
determine the appropriate applications process under NAFTA
or GATS. If required under entry legislation, we will obtain
employment authorizations from Service Canada. This service
extends to workers from virtually every sector of the labour
market, from temporary foreign vessel crews to other temporary
offshore workers, engineers and other professionals, business
people or participants in after-sales service. We obtain authorizations
from required regulatory agencies and complete and submit
applications. We use our expertise to liaison, co-ordinate
and consult with Service Canada, Citizenship and Immigration
Canada to negotiate and apply for temporary employment authorizations.
Accreditation
Our Immigration Consultant is fully accredited with
the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). CSIC
certification is only provided to individuals with a demonstrated
knowledge and ability to advise, consult and represent people
seeking Canadian immigration and who have passed the Society's
Knowledge and Ethics Test and have demonstrated good character.
