Warehousing
Warehouse facilities are staffed with experienced professionals
to receive, handle and inventory your shipments at ISO 9001:2000
standards. Providing bonded or domestic storage for any package,
pallet or container, our warehouses are heated and secure with
outside storage capacity, if required. Modern materials handling
equipment is operated by qualified staff with WHMIS and Dangerous
Goods handling certification to optimize safety. Container consolidation
and de-consolidation services maximize transport efficiency.

Distribution
Our modern fleet of transport vehicles safely expedites your
warehoused goods to their ultimate destination. We will re-route
and deliver materials returned from vessels, pick-up and truck
materials from your transport providers and suppliers and deliver
materials from any third party service providers for receiving
at our warehouse.

Inventory
Management
PF Collins uses custom-designed software for receiving, handling
and trans-shipment documentation, including dangerous goods
certificates for all transport modes. We have experience linking
to SAP systems, if required. Online tracking is available through
PFC FIRST. Our systems and staff provide expert database management,
cycle counting, production of reports and documents, including
shipping/receiving/inventory reports and transportation manifests
to maximize compliance and manage your inventory at the highest
professional standard.

| Crating
Services
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has implemented
the Canadian Wood Packaging Certification Program to meet
international packaging standards designed to protect the
world’s coniferous forests. PF Collins Warehousing Division
is proud to have certification under this program and complies
with all CFIA regulations. To avoid costly delays, PF Collins
uses only certified wood products. Since non-compliant wood
packages will no longer be accepted at most international
ports, you can rely on our certification stamp to show inspectors
that the packaging has been assembled at a registered facility.
Additional crating services include: cardboard boxes, skeleton/full
sheathed packages, bale strapping, marking, palletizing and
shrink wrapping to protect goods being stored or shipped.
