Our CARM Consultants are here to help guide you through registration in the CARM Client Portal and answer any questions you may have.
Full Registration Service: On your behalf, our team will register your company and obtain a GCKey. Once registration has been completed, we will provide the answers to the security questions along with passwords. Once registered, you can log into both your GCKey and CARM Client Portal accounts to reset your password and change the security question responses.
Please Note:
If you have used other Customs Brokers or Couriers for past clearances, we may not be able to register you to the CARM Client Portal. This is due to the requirement to answer Affinity Questions related to your past import transactions. However, this will not affect the GCKey registration process.
